First class tea and service
Contacted teapigs and they responded back to me pretty quickly with resolution, genuinely good customer care, if only other companies could follow suit. On separate note, I wondered if Tea Pigs would consider doing the Fennel tea without liquorice, like twinnings do, and then I could switch to teapigs variety for this flavour. Nonetheless, I always drink the Peppermint teapig, and I also rate highly your Ginger/Lemon tea, not forgetting the Mao Feng Green tea which is just lovely and pleasant on the palette.

Stephanie and the company in general are a pleasure to deal with. Great products too.
Dust not Tea !!
I’ve routinely bought loose tea from Tea pig. I normally stock up so I don’t have to order often ?
I recently opened a pack of loose chamomile flower tea and I am really disappointed! The amount of “dust” is unbelievable! I’ve had to sieve the tea to get rid of the dust and so I am left with a small amount of actual tea…. Really not good !!!!
Decaf Teapigs are so delicious
Decaf Teapigs are so delicious. Every time I sit down with a cuppa I get a smile on my face. I was hoping they'd be in my local Waitrose, though did find them in WholeFoods. Wonderful. One of my favourite things in life.

The best ever green tea
The best ever green tea. I didn't like green tea before because i always found it bitter, but teapigs changed my entire world! Its delicate, refreshing and sweet. I am hooked for a few years now and i will keep buying your teas until you offer this superior quality! I tried many of your teas but I always return back to the loose leaf Mao Feng which gives a great value if you buy the large bag.

Almost £10.00 for a mere 50 tea bags.Err hello there are tastier teas out there for half the price,Yorkshire Tea is far superior in flavour ?. Have these people not checked out the recent cost of living increase. Obviously not aimed at the backbone of the country. The working class.

Excellent
I've tried quite a few of the different teas now and loved all of them. I love that the packaging is entirely recyclable, even though it doesn't look it. For all the teas you can see the real ingredients in each bag and can clearly see there is nothing fake.

Surprisingly, Super teas ?
I decided to treat myself to some of these teabags as I've been suffering from anxiety lately and wanted something soothing. I bought Calm, Happy and limited edition Spiced Pear. The spiced pear surprised me at how spicy it actually is... perfect for these cold January days ?
Both the calm and happy teas are perfect. They're a real treat for the senses and I immediately feel better when drinking.
The quality is obvious when compared to brands sold in supermarkets and I for one will be buying again. Thankyou!

Sad & Highly Disappointing Discovery?
I was given a big variety box of "Tea Pigs" teas for a Christmas gift from my daughter. When I opened the box for the very first time to choose a tea for my breakfast, sadly, I discovered, crawling on the inside of the upper lid...a maggot! I contacted my daughter to ask if she could return it for refund. She was grossed out and told me to throw her gift away. So, I was highly disappointed that I never got to taste any of those delicious sounding tea varieties.

Weak, flavourless tea.
I've sampled TeaPigs tea in various cafes over the years but have to say every time I find it weak and flavourless. I've even tried leaving the teabag in for as long as possible but this just results in lukewarm insipid tea. If a cafe uses TeaPigs tea then my heart sinks and I will opt for coffee instead.

Great quality teas in a fab range
Great quality teas in a fab range. If you’ve never tried these and you’re a herbal tea lover then you really should - you’ll never go back! The best tasting teas ever - flavours are more potent and authentic tasting, not at all like the usual brands I’ve had from supermarkets. Yes they’re a little more expensive but they’re well worth it - standout quality teas in a wide range form regular black teas to herbals, fruity & green matcha.

Love Tea Pigs
Love Tea Pigs. Customer service is fantastic as is the ordering process. People always say how much for a tea bag, thats until they taste a cuppa made with them. Perfect for a occasional cuppa or for when you have guests/family over (if we can remember a time that was allowed).
Top quality product and even better service levels.

Brand is all about making money and…
Brand is all about making money and ripping customers off.
I've been buying Tea Pigs for over 5 years and agree they are more expensive but don't mind.
I've noticed less and less tea in each bag , to the point there is no flavour and the taste is now horrible.
Nick and Louise ( company owners ) really need to go back to their roots and sharpish !
